Ari G. Zytcer

Overview

Ari G. Zytcer is an Associate Attorney in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Department of The Nath Law Group. Mr. Zytcer’s practice areas include the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications directed to new therapeutic chemical and biological treatments, as well as the preparation of freedom to operate, non-infringement, and validity opinions. Mr. Zytcer also has experience with reexamination practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

In 2005, Mr. Zytcer received an LL.M. from Trinity College Dublin. While at Trinity College Dublin, he was awarded “First Honours” for his dissertation on advancements in the Chinese patent system, including both enforcement and remedies. In 2004, Mr. Zytcer received a J.D. from Case Western University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Zytcer received a B.S. in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2001.

Before joining The Nath Law Group, Mr. Zytcer worked in General Electric’s International Patent Operations as an intern, where he worked on, among other things, international patent prosecution.

Mr. Zytcer is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to practice before the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Zytcer is also a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio. Mr. Zytcer is a member of the American Intellectual Property Association.
