Overview

Mihsuhn Koh is an Associate Attorney in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Department of The Nath Law Group. Ms. Koh's practice areas include the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and conducting patent searches and preparing opinions relating to freedom to operate, invalidity and non-infringement matters.

Prior to joining The Nath Law Group, Ms. Koh worked for Central International Law Firm in Korea for 7 years and for Y.P. Lee, Mock and Partners in Korea for 1 year, where she handled patent matters including preparation, prosecution and litigation in the area of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemistry technical areas. She has also worked for several years as a pharmacist, in particular, for Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Ms. Koh was awarded an LL.M. degree with honors from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006. Ms. Koh received her LL.M. degree in IP Law from Yonsei University in 1999 and B.S. degree in Pharmacy from Seoul National University in 1991, in Seoul, Korea.

Ms. Koh is admitted to practice before the Bar of the State of New York, and, is a registered Korean patent attorney, and, a Korean Licensed Pharmacist.
