Overview

Mihsuhn Koh is an Associate Patent Attorney in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Department of The Nath Law Group. Ms. Koh’s practice areas include the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and conducting patent searches and preparing opinions relating to freedom to operate, invalidity and non-infringement matters.

Prior to joining The Nath Law Group, Ms. Koh worked for Central International Law Firm in Korea for 7 years and for Y.P. Lee, Mock and Partners in Korea for 1 year, wherein she handled patent matters including preparation, prosecution and litigation in the area of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemistry technical areas. She has also worked for several years as a pharmacist, in particular, for Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

Ms. Koh was awarded an LL.M. degree with honors from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006. Ms. Koh received her LL.M. degree in IP Laws from Yonsei University in 1999 and B.S. degree in Pharmacy from Seoul National University in 1991, in Seoul, Korea.

Ms. Koh is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is also a Korean patent attorney and licensed pharmacist in Korea.
