Overview

Gregory G. Bennett’s practice focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, and licensing for domestic, international, and global clients. He is also involved in trademark and copyright enforcement matters. Drawing upon his experience as a design engineer and musician, Mr. Bennett possesses a unique perspective on and fluency in various intellectual property concerns.

Mr. Bennett received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law in 2007, and a Bachelor of Music degree, cum laude, in Piano Performance from Towson University in 2004. While in law school, he served on the Executive Board of the Ave Maria Law Review as Publication Manager, and received various awards in moot court competition. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Bennett was a design engineer, working on automation machinery and performance parts for race cars.

Mr. Bennett is admitted to practice before the Bars of the State of Maryland and the State of New York and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
