Ari
G. Zytcer is
an Associate Attorney in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and
Biotechnology Department of The Nath Law Group.
Mr. Zytcer’s practice areas include the preparation and
prosecution of patent applications worldwide, particularly as they
relate to the development of new therapeutic chemical and biological
treatments.
In
2005, Mr. Zytcer was awarded an L.L.M. from Trinity College Dublin.
While at Trinity College Dublin, he earned “First Honours”
for his dissertation:
Invalidating the
Critics:
Positive Developments in the Chinese Patent System
Highlighted by the Invalidation of the Viagra Patent.
In 2004, Mr. Zytcer received his J.D. degree from Case
Western University School of Law.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Zytcer received a B.S. in
Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences
in 2001.
Prior
to joining The Nath Law Group, Mr. Zytcer worked in General
Electric’s International Patent Operations as an intern, where he
worked on, among other things, international patent prosecution.
Mr.
Zytcer is registered to practice before the United States Patent and
Trademark Office and is admitted to practice before the Bar of the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Mr. Zytcer is also a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio.
